Deadline on May 8: Submit Your Nominations for UPAA Awards 2026

The University of the Philippines Alumni Association is calling on the UP community to recognize excellence, with the deadline for UPAA Awards 2026 nominations set on May 8, 2026 at 5:00 PM.

This is your opportunity to honor outstanding alumni whose work, leadership, and service continue to bring pride to the University and make a meaningful impact on society.

Recognizing Excellence that Matters

The UPAA Awards celebrate alumni who exemplify:

‍

• Excellence in their fields
• Integrity and distinction
• Service to the University, communities, and the nation

‍

Each nomination tells a story of impact of individuals and groups who embody the true spirit of an Iskolar ng Bayan.

‍

Award Categories

Nominations are open across the following categories:

‍

• Most Distinguished Alumna/Alumnus Award
  For alumni who exemplify the highest level of distinction, integrity, and national impact.
  ‍

• Lifetime Distinguished Achievement Awards
  For senior alumni with sustained professional excellence and meritorious service.

‍

• Distinguished Alumni Awards
  For outstanding achievements and contributions in various fields.

‍

• Distinguished Service Awards
  For individuals, chapters, or groups that have rendered exceptional service to the University and/or the Association.

‍

• Multigenerational Alumni Family Awards
  For families with at least three successive generations of UP alumni (as of end of 2025).

‍

Who Can Nominate?

Nominations may be submitted by:

• UPAA Accredited Chapters
• UP Chancellors
• UP Administration
• UP Alumni
• Members of the UP Alumni Community

Every nomination helps strengthen the shared legacy of the UP community.
