The Inaugural UP President’s Cup: A Day of Golf, Purpose, and Community

The University of the Philippines Alumni Association successfully held the Inaugural UP President’s Cup Golf Tournament on March 27, 2026 at Camp Aguinaldo Golf Course, bringing together alumni, partners, and friends of the University for a day defined by camaraderie, competition, and shared purpose.

A Tournament with Meaning

More than just a day on the greens, the UP President’s Cup was a golf event with purpose. Every swing, every putt, and every moment on the course contributed to initiatives that support student welfare across the University.

Proceeds from the tournament will benefit programs such as Lingap Tanghalian and the Living Expenses Assistance Program (LEAP), both dedicated to uplifting students across UP’s nine constituent universities. The event served as a powerful reminder that when the UP community comes together, it creates meaningful impact beyond the game.
